1770 LARC! Tours:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.

Absolute Airlie:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for no-shows on the day of the tour. Tours may require a minimum number of bookings in order to run. In the rare event of minimum numbers not being reached, management reserve the right to cancel the tour and customers will be offered an alternative day or tour (if available) or full refund. In the event of tour changes or cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or National Park closures, customers will be notified by Absolute Airlie management and a full refund OR exchange to another tour or date will be arranged.
